I didn't know about the Australian plans, but probably the Australian government is as pro-money and contra-green as is our present Dutch (national and local) government. For this theme I created this drawing - http://heleendevaan.blogspot.nl/2013/11/behold-money-man.html (which I sent to Lilly of the No Impact Team). Hope the leaders will become wise soon, but I'm afraid they (and, on smaller scale, we all!..) will keep on polluting for the time being...
